Our British designed and manufactured UVA and UVC products are reliable and highly effective in UVA fluorescent inspection and UVC air and surface disinfection.  Since 1997 UV Light Technology has been designing, manufacturing, and delivering high-quality, UV light products, globally.

We supply UVA inspection lights to component manufacturers, precision engineers, service providers and NDT consultants. Our products are also suitable for operational quality control teams concerned with Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) quality who are maintaining assets in line with best practice.

We work with companies at various points in supply chains from tier 4 through to tier 1 and OEMs who rely on professional-grade UVA products for crack and leak inspection and quality control in safety critical manufacturing.

We also work with companies who rely on professional grade UVA lights for hydrocarbon detection, cleanliness monitoring, clearcoat validation and for applications in food production, conservation and preservation.

Other sector professionals we work with use UVC disinfection products as part of their protection strategies where infection protection and control is central to their function, such as healthcare, food and beverage production, manufacturing, transport, retail, commercial and education.

Working with Us

If you’re unsure about the products that will be best suited for your environment and specific application, please contact us to discuss your operation and unique process requirements with us. Our experts will recommend the most suitable UV light equipment, UV meters, and UV safety products for you.

Once you have your products using them safely and legally should be a given, but this isn’t always the case.

The Control of Artificial Optical Radiation at Work Regulations 2010 states that employers conduct a thorough assessment of the risks associated with artificial optical radiation (AOR) exposure in the workplace. This assessment involves gathering specific evidence to ensure compliance with the regulations

In our experience there is often little or no in-depth knowledge of the Control of Artificial Optical Radiation at Work Regulations 2010. This regulation stipulates that employers must implement appropriate measures and controls and must ensure that UV light exposure is as low as reasonably possible (ALARP) and nobody is exposed above the exposure limits.

The health and safety services we provide are all designed and tailored specifically to your organisation to help you achieve compliance with this lesser-known area of health and safety in the workplace.

From site reviews, assessments to risk management training and specific training for employers & employees you can rest assured that we can guide your organisation to achieving compliance and control your risks.
