Most of our equipment is supplied with a 12-month back to base warranty. Please refer to the operating, maintenance and safety manual for more details.
When shipping equipment back for repair or servicing, please ensure:
- All parts originally supplied with the equipment (including power supply and cables) are returned
- The package is marked for the attention of our production department
- You include full contact details (company, contact name, phone number and email address)
For items still within their warranty period, we will repair or replace.
For items outside their warranty period, there is an £85 inspection charge to determine the parts and labour costs to repair. We will come back to you with the costs to repair or replace prior to carrying out any work.
